Plan & Billing only covers your Seedflow subscription. It is how the workspace pays for Seedflow — not a customer invoice and not a supplier bill.

A new organization — including the one Seedflow creates when you sign up without an invite — starts on Beta for 90 days, at no charge. Invitees join that workspace’s plan — they do not pick one.
Beta is the trial of the full product, not an unlimited plan. You get all report groups and no cap on products, invoices, bills, estimates, orders, or requisitions. You do have seats and locations: 5 users (including you) and 5 locations.
There is a Free plan that stays ₱0 with no end date. It is the landing plan after Beta, and you can switch to it earlier from Plan & Billing.
Free is built for a solo workspace with caps. Document limits reset on each Free usage period (monthly).

Paid plan in this table is the self-serve range: Starter at the low end, Professional at the high end. Enterprise is not self-serve — see Paid plans below.
When the 90 days are over, the workspace moves to Free by itself. You cannot start a second Beta trial on that organization.
During the trial you can switch between Beta and Free in Plan & Billing. After Beta has ended, choose Free or a paid plan.
Starter (₱1,499 / month): 5 users, 5 locations, 250 products, 500 invoices / bills / estimates / sales orders / purchase orders and 250 requisitions per month. Reports: financial statements, ledger detail, and master data lists.
Professional (₱2,499 / month): 10 users, 10 locations, unlimited products and documents, all report groups. Yearly prices for Starter and Professional are on the same screen.
Enterprise is arranged with us, not self-serve: unlimited seats, locations, and documents, and all report groups. What a member can do still depends on their role. The plan is the ceiling (seats, quotas, report groups). See Invite your team.
Customer invoices live under Sales. Supplier bills live under Purchases. Those documents do not change your Seedflow plan.
