What we are aiming for.

Get bank activity into Seedflow without typing the statement, so reconciliation is matching — not data entry.

How it would behave

The intended flow — not a live screen.

1. 01

   You still reconcile in Accounting

   The bank is still a chart-of-accounts item you reconcile in Bank Reconciliation. Opening and ending balances still come from the statement. Seedflow does not invent them.

2. 02

   Activity arrives without retyping

   Lines would come in automatically — a live feed or a statement import. We will name a bank partner when that connection is live. Until then there is no feed and no import.

3. 03

   You still match and complete

   You match those lines to posted journals on that bank account and complete when the difference is zero. A feed does not finish the reconciliation for you.

How it helps

Who it is for, and what it removes.

This is for teams that already reconcile by hand. It removes keying every deposit and withdrawal. You keep control of what matches and what does not, and you still prove the books against the bank.

What stays true

Limits we will not blur.

• Matching stays in Seedflow. A connection does not auto-complete a session.
• We will name the bank partner when it is live. Whether this is a feed, an import, or both can change.
• This page is intent — not a promise of dates or a named bank today.
