Goal
What we are aiming for.
Turn the books you already keep in Seedflow into a BIR return you can generate, submit, and pay from the same workspace — instead of rebuilding sales, purchases, and tax in a portal when a deadline hits.
Planned
This page is intent — not a how-to, and not a promise of dates. What you can do today is in Guides.
Goal
Turn the books you already keep in Seedflow into a BIR return you can generate, submit, and pay from the same workspace — instead of rebuilding sales, purchases, and tax in a portal when a deadline hits.
How it would behave
Invoices, bills, and tax stay the source. The organization Tax tab (VAT vs Non-VAT) and the figures you already post are what the return would use. You do not start from a blank form.
When a filing period is due, Seedflow would prepare the return from sales, purchases, and tax that are already in the workspace — so the deadline is a review, not a rebuild.
The intent is to generate, submit, and pay from Seedflow in one flow. Screens, form codes, and the exact filing path can change as we learn from the beta. This is not a live how-to.
How it helps
This is for businesses and accounting firms that already run Philippine books in Seedflow. It removes the scramble of reconstructing output tax, input tax, and withholding under a deadline. You spend the time reviewing, not retyping.
What stays true
Today
You already keep BIR-shaped books here. On the organization Tax tab you set VAT vs Non-VAT, and invoices and bills calculate tax from that profile as you work. Tax Calendar lists reminder dates for the BIR forms that match the profile, so you can see what is coming due. Filing and paying the return still happens in eFPS, eBIRForms, or with your accountant — Seedflow does not send it yet.
How to use Tax Calendar todayThis item can change as we learn from the beta. Contact us if it is a blocker for you. If you need the workspace now, join the beta and use Guides for the screens that already exist.
