Goal
What we are aiming for.
Let your customer pay the invoice you already sent, through a Philippine payment provider, so you collect without chasing a separate receipt.
Planned
This page is intent — not a how-to, and not a promise of dates. What you can do today is in Guides.
Goal
Let your customer pay the invoice you already sent, through a Philippine payment provider, so you collect without chasing a separate receipt.
How it would behave
Create and send the invoice in Seedflow as you do today. The invoice is what the customer pays — not a separate payment page you invent outside the books.
They would pay in place through a Philippine payment provider — for example GCash, Maya, or cards. You stay the merchant. Seedflow is not taking the customer’s money as its own.
The intent is that you are not typing the customer payment after they say they paid. The live provider will be named when the integration ships. How cash lands on the books with this feature can still change.
How it helps
This is for businesses that already invoice in Seedflow and collect outside it. It removes the gap between “they said they paid” and the invoice balance, so you spend less time chasing a screenshot or a separate receipt.
What stays true
Today
You already send invoices and record that they paid. The customer pays outside Seedflow. You record a customer payment and allocate it to open invoices, which updates the paid amount, balance, and payment status. That does not post a cash journal yet, and the customer cannot pay from the invoice in Seedflow.
